Accepting these terms

By installing, accessing, or using BirdSafe, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using and uninstall the extension.

Service scope

BirdSafe provides local backup, search, organization, export, and optional connections for Twitter/X saves. Twitter/X, Notion, Dodo Payments, and other third parties are not controlled by BirdSafe and may change their availability or rules.

Account responsibility

• Provide accurate account information and protect credentials
• Take responsibility for actions initiated under your account
• Notify us of unauthorized access
• Do not share, sell, or abuse access keys

Acceptable use

• Back up only content you are allowed to access and process
• Follow applicable law and third-party platform terms
• Do not bypass access controls, attack the service, or disrupt other users
• Do not use BirdSafe to distribute malware, spam, or infringing material

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are purchased through a secure, signed-in checkout. Price, period, trials, and promotions are those shown at checkout. After cancellation, access generally continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds and taxes follow the checkout terms, payment processor rules, and applicable law.

Your data

You retain your rights in your saves, organization data, and exports. You authorize BirdSafe to process them only as needed for features you choose to use. You are responsible for keeping an independent JSON backup of important data.

Availability and changes

We work to keep BirdSafe available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Third-party platform changes may temporarily limit sync. Features may change for security, compliance, or product evolution, with notice for important changes where practical.

Disclaimers and limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BirdSafe is provided as-is. We are not responsible beyond mandatory legal requirements for indirect loss, third-party platform changes, or data loss caused by failing to keep a backup. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Termination and contact

You may stop using BirdSafe at any time. Serious violations, security risk, or legal requirements may lead to restricted access. Contact duynce@gmail.com with questions.
